After the huge success of our Highlight Tastings during the last South Africa Wine Festival, we are happy to present further exclusive special tastings at the Festival 2019 that will take place at a small scale. These intense wine tastings last one hour and will extend the gourmet’s knowledge and pleasure horizon with their special topics – a very special way to experience the South African wine world. Participation in the highlight tastings is free of charge for visitors of the South Africa Wine Festival. Please understand that the places for these tastings are very limited and we can only accept 25 participants per highlight tasting. As experience has shown that the request is higher than the available number of places, these will be raffled if necessary. However, you will be informed early enough which highlight tasting you can take part in. If you have a favourite, you are of course welcome to let us know your desired highlight tasting when you register. Please send your registration with the subject “Highlight Tasting South Africa Wine Festival 2019” to email@example.com.

Discover a new addition to CAPREO’s portfolio in the tasting with Rickety Bridge Winery: The Printer’s Devil Range. This collection is very limited and includes a white and a red blend as well as a rosé. The wines of this collection reminscent the fanciful belief among printers that a devil haunt the print shop and performing mischief such as misspelling words and removing letters of completed types.
In the tasting with the Tokara Winery you have the unique opportunity to discover an absolutely exceptional wine with Telos, as it is only available in a limited edition of 1000 bottles. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot blend impresses from the first to the last sip with its great precision and intensity. Its complexity and an exceptionally good balance and structure make this red wine an infinite pleasure.
The Blanc de Blanc from Graham Beck is one of the most awarded sparkling wines of South Africa. In this vertical tasting, you have the only chance to taste five different vintages. The hand selected Chardonnay grapes express their unique terroir. With its fine perlage and the fresh fruit aromas, the elegant Méthode Cap Classique enchants every sparkling wine–lover.
